Description
Product Overview
A benchtop cabinet that combines a UVC light chamber with a low-temperature warm-air drying cycle, so wet tools come out dry and ready to store. A mechanical timer dial controls the cycle; removable multi-layer trays hold nippers, pushers, files, brushes, and small implements. Built for nail studios, spas, and brow/lash bars that want a single station for the between-client step.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is this different from a plain UV box?
A: It adds a warm-air drying cycle, so tools that were just rinsed come out dry — no separate towel-drying step before storage. It also has a larger, multi-tray chamber for a salon’s full tool set.
Q: What’s the drying temperature?
A: It’s a low-temperature warm-air cycle (roughly the 60–70°C class), intended to dry — not to heat-sterilize. For critical instruments you should still use a heat sterilizer; we say so in all our materials.
Q: What MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is set at the quote stage by configuration and branding level. Stock samples in days; private-label samples in one to two weeks; production typically 20–35 days.
Q: Can you build it for our voltage and plug?
A: Yes — 110V and 220V are pre-tooled, and we match the plug to your market. Unusual markets are quoted case by case.
Q: Can we get our logo and a retail box?
A: Yes — branding on the door, control panel, and retail box for private label, plus deeper changes for OEM.
