MOQ, Lead Time, Packaging and Customization
MOQ: Minimum quantities vary by formula, fill size, packaging, scent and number of SKUs. Send the quantity required for each SKU and tell us whether you need bulk supply, finished stock packaging or custom branded packaging. We confirm the applicable minimum in your quotation.
Lead time: Standard production typically takes 25–35 days after sample, artwork and order details are approved and the agreed payment conditions are met. New formulas or custom packaging can require additional development time. Your quotation confirms the production schedule; freight transit is quoted separately.
Packaging: Discuss bottles, jars, tubes, bulk containers and spa-kit formats appropriate to your selected product. Specify fill weight or volume, closure, label, outer carton and any destination-warehouse requirements.
Customization: Options may include formulation, fragrance, texture, color, pack format, labels and kit assortment. Availability depends on the product and order quantity; approve a physical sample and written specification before production.
From Your Brief to Shipment
- Define the project. Share your product list, target market, intended use, quantities and packaging requirements.
- Review the quotation. Agree the product specification, MOQ, customization scope, sample costs, payment terms and proposed schedule.
- Evaluate samples. Check formula performance, appearance, scent and packaging. Confirm sample and courier charges and any development rounds before work begins.
- Approve the production standard. Sign off the sample, artwork, labeling and quality criteria. Confirm which product documents or tests the project requires.
- Produce and inspect. Incoming materials, production and finished goods are checked against the agreed specification and approved sample. Discuss third-party inspection requirements before placing the order.
- Arrange delivery. Confirm freight, destination and agreed trade terms. FOB, CIF or DDP options depend on the shipment and destination.
Product Documentation and Quality Review
Request the ingredient list, product specification and available supporting documents for your selected formula, product model and destination market. Confirm the scope of any required testing or certification before ordering. Documentation for one product or facility does not automatically cover every SKU.

Can I start with a small private-label order?
Send the quantity, formula and packaging needed for each SKU. We will confirm whether a stock or pilot option fits your project and quote the applicable MOQ. Custom packaging may have a different minimum from the product itself.
Can you develop a custom formula?
We support formula development for suitable spa and body-care projects. Share your desired ingredients, texture, scent, intended use and target market. Feasibility, development charges and timing are agreed before sampling.
Are samples free?
Sample pricing, development fees, courier charges and any credit against a later production order are confirmed in the sample quotation.
Can you supply a complete spa assortment?
Yes. Start with our spa kits and personal-care range, then specify the treatment steps, scent family, pack sizes and quantities you need. We will confirm the available combinations.
Can you ship to a distributor or fulfillment warehouse?
Share the receiving address, carton and labeling requirements and preferred shipping terms. We will confirm the packing and freight scope in the quotation.
